I have decided 2 follow Jesus! I love this song, but more than the song, I love when some1 lives it out! Following Jesus is not always easy, yet it is always an amazing journey. Growing up n a Christian home, attending Christian school/college, & marrying a pastor, seems like I would have a proper view 2ward my relationship w/Christ. However, saved @ 9 & surrendered 2 ministry @ 14, I honestly did not understand its not about the "rules" until my late 20's. I praise God 4 the intervention He made n my heart & mind. As I began praying 4 my children's salvation, I wanted 2 exemplify Jesus not rules. Our oldest, Caleb, accepted Jesus as his Savior several months ago. The joy we experienced as parents is unexplainable. His tender, compassionate heart is precious. Our youngest, Jacob, knows Jesus but has not accepted Him as his Savior. I love how they both have experienced so much of Jesus this last year or so on our church planting journey! This Sunday our church will celebrate our 1st baptism @ being 5 mths old. Caleb is so pumped 2 get baptized. I love the public picture he desires to share w/others! My heart swells inside me as I think about this Sunday! Boom boom! Jesus, You r making Yourself famous! Thank you 4 choosing me even though You don't need me 2 do it!
