what just happened...

what just happened... Yesterday Restoration Church celebrated their 1 year old birthday. I asked myself all week what happened to that year? left Dunn, moved to Greensboro, lived in an RV for 10mths, planted a church from scratch, surrounded by an amazing leadership team, developed friendships, worked long hours, studied hard, learned as much as possible, discipled, shed lots of tears, had lots of laughs, made tons of memories, had many sleepless nights, learned to live differently (spiritually and materially), sweat a lot, served many hours, saw many salvations, many baptisms, lots of spiritual growth among the body, etc....and i could go on and on. I love experiencing the raw faith of Jesus making Himself famous. However, if there is one thing that sticks out the most, it is time is short. We do not have long. Yes, one year is great, but we have to keep going. Work harder. Shed more sweat, more tears, serve more hours, etc... because there are so many souls that need restoration in our community. We must do whatever it takes (short of sin) to reach people. This journey has been hard, amazing, fun, tiring, etc..., but I'm anticipating the next chapter. Eager to see the Lord work like never before. He is faithful. We have NEVER walked alone. He supplies our needs. He has shown much favor. He is powerful. He has given much wisdom. He is strength. He is Comforter. He is Redeemer. He is Savior. Let's press on and push forward. Great is He. He is worthy! May we be found faithful and like Him. CELEBRATE JESUS!!!!!!
